Synopsis (spoilers for the mod):
Before the end of Act 1, Monika realised she was trapped within a game. Desperate to escape her digital prison, she fled to Terraria. However, this caused the rest of DDLC to corrupt, including her friends. Determined to reunite with them, Monika searched for alternate versions of her friends in modded instances of DDLC, where she found them facing grim fates. As a result, Monika, Sayori, Yuri, and Natsuki have different memories when brought into Terraria, but they still work together to build a new world.
