Send me a message if you want the file itself for if you play on Epic Games or the such.

Changes the required years of living in San Marino from 15 (even though it's 30 IRL) to 5.
Allows Dual Nationality, lmk if you want an Exclusive Citizenship version for some reason.
For anything and everything, especially Building San Marino saves.
Literally changes 1 thing so it should be compatible with everything.
