*Actually* Unbreakable Circuits

This mod is based on the idea presented by another mod, Unbreakable WX-78 Modules/Circuits.

What makes this version different, however, is that it makes circuits actually unbreakable by removing their durability component entirely. This change applies to any circuit, even those added by mods. Naturally, that might cause some compatibility issues, so it also comes with a configuration option to make it only affect base game circuits instead.

Anyway, let me know if anything doesn't work as intended. I pretty much just made this mod out of boredom and didn't want to waste too much time on it.
