go to the game's page on your library. then click the gear button and look for "browse local files".

step 2

open the only file called "DATA" then find the file called "TEX"

step 3

you should see a bunch of images/textures seen in game. now use an editor and basically screw around with whatever you would like until you find it funny. i recommend using scratch to do this as it is the easiest way to make this happen.

play the game and laugh your ass off and have a good time!
