Uses slot 4

Makes Francis use his Last Stand update rifle animations.
Obviously this only applies to xdR compatible Francis models such as the official one or anything that uses it as a base (such as my model edits).

Credit to Rise for fixed animations

yeah they look like ass, its why i didnt include them in my universal anim fix for xdr louie and fronkus
