if they dont have gnaw, voltar or skree, then use BHS to lock them in place and charge in to tp (if mele, charge from below, if ranged, hope they dont fire at you)
if they do have gnaw, voltar, or skree, dont run this build, it doesnt work (unless skree/gnaw is really bad at hitting you)

its a teleburst build at the beginning, afterwards getting a high aa damage with BHS speed to chase down anyone that lives.
I put most of the utilities at the end, but i normally buy them whenever it feels needed. the third BHS upgrade is set as the disguise mustache, because i normally plan to buy this here. if im taking a lot of damage, and find my black hole is getting charged up often, ill get cigarettes instead, but normally, i dont even get to this third upgrade. Medican is replaced with kuri when they have strong cc (slows mainly)

I dunno about the offensive build. Cyanide Cigarettes are really hard to use unless you have some microfilm, barrier mags, or at least health pills, as I find that if you're taking that much damage, you're usually dead before you even throw out your black hole. It's hard to hold all the damage when everyone turns away, as well.
I find replacing Damage mines with the Camo Tent mines also really helps with pushing. If anyone comes in lane, especially if I'm pushing a turret or base, I can black hole them into a hugeeeee mine stack that's been made with the teleport beacon buff. I used to run silence, but found it doesn't matter too much if they're dead by then.
I'd also like to note the obvious Nibbs synergy, though I do understand this is an old guide. I would like to put some things into this guide and contribute to it, but I dunno spanish.
