Poison headcrab nerf

So...... yeah,you may have a bad time facing poison headcrabs - these nasty little nasty things won't kill you - but make you W E A K instead.(OMFG 1HP)
And right after you get bit, a fast headcrab/something which can deal quick damages flies to your face,and then you die. All your map progress becomes a failure, a joke,just because these nasty things.(if it's permadeath map)
(Whatever you have it or not, I have lol)

This addon is simple,SIMPLE enough to resist damages from poison headcrabs(and only poison headcrabs oof)

Only adds a convar
savee_antiposionheadcrab_dmgmul - Damage multiplier from posion headcrabs(def. 0.8,change it to 1 to disable this, if more than 1 it will make a instantkill)

(No Q-Menu since it has only 1 convar)

(Do not eat poison headcrabs since it has "poison" on their name,if you don't believe me-feed one of them to barnacles)
