What is a Tune Up?
Tuning up your Parts and weapons will increase their parameters.

Tuning Up a Part can strengthen it by increasing the number of Slots it has.
The number of slots on a Part can be checked on the Part Status screen in your Garage, or by looking at the tab to the right of the Parts icon.

Check how many slots each Part has by looking at the area in athe red frame in the image below.
In this example there are 3 slots.
Strengthening parts through Tuning will increase the robot's Cost.
Be careful not to over-tune robots and exceed cost capacity!.

Tune-Up Materials

Tune Ups will require Tune-Up specific Materials.
These Materials can be obtained by defeating enemies in Quests, or as rewards based on your performance in the Arena and in Missions.

They can also be obtained by using items such as Tune-Up Cubes.
These can be found all over the Cosmic Ark, so be sure to play various modes and look for them!
How to Tune-Up
Tune-Up Location

Tune-Ups can be performed at Cosmot Pots available in various Areas.
Tune Up weapons and parts at the Cosmos Pot to make a custom robot that suits your play style.

Tune-Up Process
a Tune-Up can be performed as follows.

Select the part you wish to strengthen.
In the COMMANDO column, you can select the parts of the character currently set in the Commando.
Parts in the Garage can also be upgraded from the GARAGE section.
(Parts that are already installed on robots in the Garage cannot be selected.)

Select the effect you wish to apply.

Choose [Cosmo Harmonics] in order to increase the likelihood of success.
※Enhancement is still possible even when not using Cosmo Harmonics.

When all preparations are made, hit the [Start] button.

About the Cost Capacity

One or two Tune-Ups will not significantly alter robot capability, so aim to apply many to your robot.
Howerver, take care not to exceed cost capacity with Tune-Ups.
Be careful not to use the cost capacity wastefully, and aim to apply Tune-Ups to all slots.

If you are a beginner to CBUNI, we recommend that you first raise your robotto level 10 so that Cost does not fluctuate before starting a Tune-Up.

About Tuning success rate and Auxillary Items
Every Tune-Up has an [Enhancement Success Rate].
Tune-Ups performed when the Success Rate is below 100% have a chance to fail.
Failures will not chnage the robot's stats, but the items used in the Tune-Up will be consumed.

This is where Cosmo Harmonics can be very useful.
Be sure to use them when the Tune-Up really counts!

Two can be used at a time to further increase Success Rate.

As a result of this, Tunings of this type will have a lower cost than other Tunings,
so be sure to check the Cost Capacity before making a Tune-Up.

Next to the Cosmos Pot is its counterpart, the Cosmos Pot Reset.
This device can be activated by using a Cosmo Regret, an item that resets Tune-Ups.
With this, previously performed Tune-Ups can be reset.
