Для корректной работы, добавьте моды: @BuilderItems, @S.T.A.L.K.E.R.- Area Of Decay Map, @S.T.A.L.K.E.R.- Area Of Decay Building
Папка с модом содержит ПБО файл, в нём 3 формата файла: (.с, .dze, .json),
вам следует распаковать ПБО, выбрать один вариант файла и добавить/прописать его на сервер.

To work correctly, add mods: @BuilderItems, @S.T.A.L.K.E.R.- Area Of Decay Map, @S.T.A.L.K.E.R.- Area Of Decay Building
The folder with the mod contains a PBO file, it contains 3 file formats: (.c, .dze, .json),
you should unpack the PBO, select one file option and add/register it to the server.
