Here is the Krim-Class passenger liners of the Soviet Union!

The first 2 ships of the class, Krim and Gruziya were completed in Germany, while the final 4 ships, Adzharia (later Adzharistan), Abkhazia, Armenia, and Ukraina were completed in the Soviet Union. They were the first passenger ships for the newly formed Soviet Union and were built to serve in the Black Sea. Not much is known about their careers before WW2 and during the war. What is known is that all of these ships saw service in the war as transports during Operation Barbarossa. One of the ships, Armenia, was also used as a hospital ship, although her status as a hospital ship wasn't legitimate as she often carried armaments and other military supplies and personnel. During the war, all ships of the class, except for Krim, were destroyed during the Sieges of Odessa and Sevastopol by German bombers. The most famous ship of the class, Armenia, was torpedoed by a German bomber off Yalta, which resulted in the deaths of over 5,000, making her one of the worst maritime disasters in history (and the worst maritime disaster in Soviet and Russian history). Krim, the sole survivor of her class, continued to serve in the Black Sea after the war. Not much is known about her post war service other than she was converted into a training ship in 1966, possibly being scrapped by the 1970s.
