I am getting the same error as sgt.bean, crashes in the launcher with the same code and then 000000x Dead Application afterwards

Hey i'm having a issue with the mod, it loads and as soon that it hits the main menu it crashes. with this error: meta.cpp line 2: ',Gulf': 'W' encountered instead of '='
