You'll get two rather high value two-handed swords.
Namely these:

Go to the Old Mine. Enter it and descend until you reach Ian, go further down the stairs and you'll meet two templers in front of a cave with minecrawlers.
Stand in front of these templers and draw your weapon to anger them (don't hit them!).
While you have their attention, position yourself on the stairs near them. After two warnings they'll charge at you, flee further up the stairs and try to lure them into the gap of the zickzacking stairs. Ideally they'll fall through that gap and to their death. Then you can go down the mine and loot them near the big ore pile.

If you fail simply repeat. It can take some attempts.

Tipp: Use "R" to look behind you while running.

Don't do that to more NPC's in the mine or your later progression might be locked.
