Fix 1

• Close your game and Navigate to the Following Path
  
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(STEAMID)\446800\local
  
• Open the setting.lua with your Fav text editor
  
• Scroll down until you find (useTextureCompression)
  
• Set this setting to "false"

Fix 2

• Close your game and Navigate to the Following Path
  
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(STEAMID)\446800\local
  
• Delete the texture_cache Folder

Fix 3

Delete your Graphic Cache

For AMD it is under C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\Local\AMD

Userdata

The Userdata folder is Saved on the Same Location where the Steam Client is saved.
If you have saved Steam for Example on D: and your game on L:, you will still find the Userdata folder under D:


Can't find Appdata

The easiest Way to find Appdata is follwoing

• Press WIN+R or search and run the "Run" Application
  
• Enter %appdata% and hit Enter
  
• You will end up at C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\Roaming
  
• From there you can Navigate one Folder back to C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData
  
• Now you can continue to Local
