Intro

The Strategy is to pick as few fish types per farm to insure that you breed optimal fish, and for these fish to be used in high gold per item (gpi) recipes that use a lower amount of farm/seasoning ingredients. This will help ensure that you are able to keep up with growing/dispatching for those items. The fish and corresponding recipes are as follows:

Blue Hole Shallows

*Marlin (Marlin and Soybean Paste Roast (2109 gpi))

Blue Hole Medium Depth

*Great Barracuda (Great Barracuda Canape ((1179 gpi))
Sailfish (Boiled Sailfish and Seaweed (1768 gpi))

Nocturnal

Setup

You will want to get these fish breeding as soon as possible as it will take hundreds of meat to max out and you will only get 5-7 meat per fish. For this you will want to have your farm around 80% full so don't harvest any of your fish when it would go below that. But also remember to check the following morning after you've caught fish to remove any new fish that don't belong to avoid breeding them.

Zero Diving Strategy

If you just want to run the restaurant and don't want to have to dive you will need to avoid recipes that use any type of seaweed. This is because seaweed seeds require Bei and you will need to dive for items to sell to Duwa to sustain the growing of seaweed. If so stick to the fish marked with an *.

well this isnt optimal tho cause what about shark party etc and also youd only want one expensive dish to farm the rest you wont use, no?

For the zero diving strat, you could play the Shark tooth game for lots of Bei. Then use those profits to manage the seaweed farm.
To always win the sharktooth game (max 5 times per day) bet 100 Bei. Take note of the wobbling tooth when the "jaw opening" animation plays, then press 3 until you get 6 teeth away from the cavity. Then you can set your opponent for certain failure.
