All 8 Foresters (marked blue)
2 Forest Cards where you have open spots
All Woodcutters (marked orange)
All 4 Lumbermills (marked red)

If you turn the left hand royal forest counter clockwise keeping the top right hex in the same spot you will gain 30 points and you'll still have room to place everything. I managed to get 995 on it doing so.

It matters where you place the Forest Cards. Just ended up with 970/980 points.
