Step One: Develop Mental Illness

The best way to play a crazy character is to become crazy oneself. Step Three: Use Only Text Chat
Always type "WTF" in chat and make up an excuse every time you go down. Bonus points if you try to make small talk whilst other players are unable to use text chat because they're surrounded.

Step Four: Steal ALL of the Kills
Do your best to kill as many zombies as you can, not letting any teammates get any kills. However, this is less important, so if you fail to do this, it is not the end of the world.
Step Five: Waste All of Your Money
Spend points on things you know will not help you out in any way, and NEVER EVER BUY A SINGLE DOOR UNLESS IT'S THE FORBIDDEN DOOR ON KINO (you should know which one that is).

Step Six: Teleport Without Your Team
Ensure that you almost never let anyone onto the teleporter before you teleport. I have a video tutorial here:
