I'm not sure if this is the way that they were intending to have people get the achievement, but it is certainly the easiest way of doing so.
*The only difference in my technique: I commanded those guys to do my bidding rather than killing them. I chose to do that because not only do they free the slaves but they also turn around & fight the Non-branded Uruks that guard the slaves. Then I proceeded to ride around, killing any Uruks that tried to catch the escaping slaves. It made me SO upset that I spent so many hours failing before switching up my technique...especially since I earned the achievement on my very 1st try doing it my way!
I actually did do it how I said in the southeastern part of the 1st half of the mapjust knock the orcs over and slaves start running.
