Intro
Hi everyone.
If you want to diversify your game or achieve instant success, then cheats for F1 Manager will help you with this.
Below I will describe the best cheats. Versions are correct at the time of writing.
ALWAYS make a backup of your save before editing in editors

F1MSaveApp
№1. F1MSaveApp - version 1.5.2

The save editor program from the site https://f1setup.it/ where you can select good settings for the F1 car.
There is also a web version, but for convenience I recommend this program.
If the site allows you to select good settings (they are unlikely to be 95-100%) by pressing one button, then the application when choosing a save will show you the ideal (optimal 100%) for each racer.
You can also edit anything:
  • calendar (add/remove F1 races, change race dates, add/remove F2/F3 races)
  • sporting regulations (Season Limitс, Point System, Resource Package Details)
  • finance
  • all staff ((including names, countries, ages and faces for generated characters)
  • all facilities
  • all parts
  • some other settings

You need to install the application and select the desired save when you launch it.
After editing is complete, press the red button and wait for the message about the successful rewriting of the save.
You do not need to close the game while editing and rewriting the save.

F1MSaveApp – Weekend, Custom Team, Results, Regulations, Finance
1.Weekend

1.1 Setup Save before Q1, then open the save and see the ideal setup for your drivers.

1.2 Session
You must be in a practice/qualifying/sprint/race session to use this feature.
Warning Use "Swap Positions" with caution. Sometimes cars can get stuck in the pit after swap, and "Force cars out of Pit" can be useful in that scenario.
Allows you to do a lot of fun things during practice, qualifying and racing: set fuel amount, set integrity for each wheel separately, set integrity for parts, swap positions, give a red flag, call a pace car on the track, set a virtual pace car, etc.

2. Custom Team

2.1 Logo Editor A great replacement for the in-game logo editor. Convenient and supports RGB color code input, not that ridiculous slider in the game.

2.2 Team Preview
Warning This feature only changes the preview in the main menu and save the selection menu. To actually change the logo, use the logo editor feature.
Allows you to view your team's logo and livery. This section is for viewing only. 2.3 Team Name Allows you to rename your team

3. Results

Allows you to view the results of races in F1, F2, F3: final position, points in races, points in sprints. To the right of the heading “Formula 1 World Drivers Championship Overview for” you can select the year of the season.

4. Regulations

4.1 Calendar
Warning Feeder Series race are based on Track rather than Race. Enabling F2 and F3 races for unsupported tracks might result in weird lap times.
Allows you to delete/copy a race, add/remove races in F2 and F3, see the week and date of the race, move races up/down by dates/, select the weekend type: normal, sprint, ATA qualification, select dry or wet day for Friday/Saturday/Sunday, select weather from sunny to rain (6 weather options) for Friday/Saturday/Sunday, set the temperature for Friday/Saturday/Sunday (check the temperature yourself, at 23 the game did not pull up the changed temperatures from the save).
Calendar changes need to be made at the start of the season before the first race, otherwise bugs are possible.

4.2 Sporting Regulations
All values can be set higher than the maximum value of the slider. Use this if you do not like the limit of parts.
Cost Cap ($) - season cost limit
Season Engine Limit - season engine limit Season
ERS Limit - season ERS system limit Season Gearbox Limit - season gearbox limit
Double Points for Last Race - I recommend when changing the calendar and choosing an overtaking track for the last race
1 Point for Pole Position Point System - allows you to choose from 3 existing point systems.
It also allows you to create your own, but this feature is not interesting, since it allows you to create your own system only for the first 10 teams.
Wind Tunnel & CFD - allows you to choose from 3 existing systems for providing development hours Wind Tunnel and CFD or create your own.
When creating your team in the first season, your hours will be in the P11 column. For other teams - depending on the results in the 2023 season. In the following seasons, the teams' position columns will change depending on their results in the constructors' championship of the completed season.

5. Finance

5.1 Board Payments Allows you to change the team balance, the goal in the constructors' cup for the current season (for your team or if you are playing weak, change the goal to 10, because with a goal of 9 and 0 points for the season, the board of directors will be furious and will most likely fire you. But if you show average results outside of 10, with a goal of 10th place in the cup, the board of directors will be happy), Board Budget, Initial Payment, Monthly Payment

5.2 Sponsor Payments Shows the prestige of the team and its place in the prestige ranking, Sponsor Package, Lump Sum, Merch Income/Cost, Obligations Income, Sponsor/Race, Merch/Race, Total Income/Race

5.3 Cost Cap
Shows the Cost Cap Overview for Season for teams. This section is for viewing only.
Warning AI Teams DO NOT follow the cost cap, NOR will they be fined for breaching it. The inclusion of AI Teams is for informational purposes only. Game DOES NOT track previous caps. However, if you have been fined for breaching the cap, it can be calculated from the fines.

5.4 Finance It is called “Revenue Overview for Season” but in fact it shows the teams’ expenses for the season. A very good section for statistics lovers. This section is for viewing only.

5.5 Spending Breakdown Spending Breakdown for Season shows the teams’ expenses for the season by expense category in the form of colored bar charts. Beautiful and informative. This section is for viewing only.

Fatigue. For the fastest pit stop, I recommend the following values:
Wings=slightly less than the lowest number of the other team, Fatigue=0 will give the lowest probability of error due to fatigue, all other skills=100. You can also help or hinder other teams by changing their skills.

7.2 Engineering & Scouting
The top number shows the number of engineers and scouts the teams have, the bottom number shows the amount spent per month.
F1MSaveApp – Facilities
8. Facilities

8.1 Car Development
Allows you to change the level of buildings for car development and repair them.
The following buildings are available: Factory, Design Center, Wind Tunnel, CFD Simulator, Suspension Sim, Car Part Test.
Under the name of each building, the number of squares and their color indicate what level of building the team has. If the building level is currently being improved, an up arrow and the number of days of construction passed/total days of construction required are drawn under the squares.
To the right of the name of each building, there is a “%” column that displays the integrity of the building as a percentage.
There are three buttons under the integrity value:
Double up arrows - allow you to raise the building level by 1 in one click. I recommend using it after several seasons, when most of the real racers will end their careers.
Circle with a clockwise arrow - allows you to repair the building. I recommend doing this for each building for each team.
Double down arrows - allow you to lower the building level by 1 in one click. I do not recommend.

8.2 Staff
Allows you to change the level of buildings needed to develop your staff and repair them.
The following buildings are available: Team Hub, Scouting Hub, Race Simulator.

F1MSaveApp – Parts part 3: Expertise
9.4 Expertise
Most likely, the section shows the level of knowledge for developing parts in terms of their characteristics, since the values of the section differ from previous similar sections. Or the level of the car's characteristics for the next year. But this is not certain.
If you enter any value in the cell, click “Equalize”, and then change the value, all the values of the part's characteristics will become the same for all teams. Most likely, green triangles with numbers are the progress of the development skill since the beginning of the season, and red triangles with numbers are regression.

F1MSaveApp – Modding
10. Modding

10.1 SQL Editor Since saving is actually an SQL database, you can edit everything in this tab. It is recommended only if you don't have enough of the current functionality and if you understand what you are doing.

10.2 Replace Database Advanced optional gameplay feature

10.3 Metadata Editor Advanced optional gameplay feature
DatabaseEditor
№2. DatabaseEditor from IUrreta - version 2.2.0

A program with similar functionality.
In my experience with previous versions, it has a very beautiful and convenient interface, but less functionality than №1, although in the current version the functionality has been significantly increased.
It is necessary to follow the installation instructions exactly.

WeMod
№3. WeMod [available]

Program with trainer with a number of functions, with a greater focus on racing actions (tire temperature, battery charge, fuel level).
There is also a convenient function that sets the cost of production of parts to 0 (no money is spent on the production of parts and, accordingly, the budget limit will not be exceeded)
In the previous version, the function of unlimited hours of development of parts did not work correctly - it gave a large number of hours for all teams, and not only for the player. To change the hours of development, I recommend cheats №1 and №2
PLITCH
№4. PLITCH [available]

Trainer rival WeMod. I personally haven't used it, check it out yourself.
+ Declared more functions than WeMod.
- Paid
Cheat Engine
№5. CheatEngine table

For each game, the quality of the table (available functions and functionality) depends on its author. In some games, one table works for years on all versions, in others, each patch can completely break the table. I personally haven't used it, check it out yourself.

Troubleshooting
1. When choosing a sprint for a race that does not actually have a sprint, broken textures, textures from buildings or from underground may be displayed at the beginning of the sprint and race. When you press the keyboard, the game crashes.
Solution: just wait a few seconds until the initial cutscenes are over without touching the keyboard and mouse. When the cutscenes are over, the race starts normally.

2. DatabaseEditor may not start after installation or give the status "Disconnected" and give the error "Could not connect to backend"
Solution:
  • make sure you have installed it correctly as indicated in Installation and set-up guide
    link https://github.com/IUrreta/DatabaseEditor/wiki/Installation-and-set%E2%80%90up-guide
  • reinstall the programs as indicated in Troubleshoot guide and use other tips
    link https://github.com/IUrreta/DatabaseEditor/wiki/Troubleshoot-guide
  • if all this did not help, then most likely during the launch in the command line you were already given a hint:
"Python not found; run it without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut in Settings > Manage app run aliases."
  • Click Start and type "Managing Application Execution Aliases" and set the slider to "off" for everything related to Python. For example "python.exe" and "python3.exe". This should solve the problem.

Yes, you can change the team name.
In F1MSaveApp (№1) the path "Custom Team" - "Team Name" - "Team Name" item, then the yellow "Save" button.

Does the database editor also let you change your team name? I'd like to change it, but can't in a normal way in the game.

Plitch is good. Ive used it for years. I struggled with finances in the last f1 manager so that was handy to have in this years edition. im so glad we can make our own teams now too
