Restart your Garry's Mod and make sure there are no other replacement addons enabled that replace any of said models in this addon or else you will have issues.

Replaces Combine Soldiers, Combine Prison Guards, Combine Elites and Zombines. Replaces player models as well. There are no c_hands.
