I personally usually play on a dual monitor setup, with my main monitor being a 2560x1440p, 165Hz display.

To fix the issue, I had to:
1. disconnect my other monitor from the system. (Win + P)
2. Lower my main monitors refresh rate to 100Hz, using Nvidia's software. The same thing can likely be done from the computers own factory settings, without the need for external software.

I think the issue is most likely tied to FPS, and 60 may be the safest option. I personally had the problem get fixed with 100Hz
