Particles - Very low & Disabled settings

This mod adds 2 settings for particles: Very Low & Disabled. I made this because particles are horribly optimized and cause huge FPS drops.

Very Low will limit the amount of particles present in the scene, so old particles will be culled when an emitter spawns new ones. Disabled sets the limit to 0, however particles will appear for 1 frame before being culled.

This mod does not guarantee that the visuals will be glitchless, use at your own risk. Signed for multiplayer use.
