Just download and run "FD Skills with Mouse - Default" with the game.
It's possible that you will need to run it as an administrator.

Download: FD Skills with Mouse - Default[ufile.io]
Download: FD Skills with Mouse - Custom[ufile.io]

Custom is for players like me, who have changed key-binds
and have skill 4 on the "F" key instead of default "Z".
USAGE
While holding Shift, you can fast cast skills with Mouse
  • Q (Default) | = Spell 1
  • Shift + Left mouse button = Skill 2
  • Shift + Right mouse button = Skill 3
  • Shift + Middle mouse button = Skill 4
  • Shift + E = Interact repeater ON/OFF
