Minimum MC stat line for finishing the game

Nini needs to have at least 520+ in every stat to actually get through most of the trials (save for "deeper bond" ones) of the game.
It is important to note that this is gradual. 520+ is what you need near the end of the game to actually get to the final boss and finish the game. You do not need to hit this threshold from the start of the game!

How to make Konoha start making breakfast for Nini every morning

The minimum threshold for Konoha to start making breakfast for Nini every morning is 200(+) Friendship of Konoha towards Nini.

It is important to note that you need to talk to her again after this threshold had been reached for it to activate

How to make Micchi not kill Nini

Do not have any character's Affection higher than 700 ( < 700)

If any other character has > 700 Affection and you try to max Micchi's Affection/Friendship stats, there is a chance that she will cause a Game over condition, when you talk to her! (instead of the Talk Menu, she will kill Nini)

Having characters below this threshold does not trigger this Game Over condition

Minimum Friendship/Affection Threshold for saving people (except Micchi on fresh start)

The minimum Friendship and Affection threshold of a person towards Nini is 220 Friendship or Affection.
This will unlock the option to "Observe with Demon Sight", which is necessary for the person to be saved.

Micchi is special
As long as you are not on NG+ or used the game's loop mechanic, she is always the first one to be possessed, and you only need to talk to her once for the respective event to happen. The "Observe with Demon Sight" option will always happen in that case!
If you do not talk to her at all, you will not be able to even go to the Underworld to start the boss fight.

If you used the game's loop mechanic or you are on NG+, Micchi is shuffled to the random boss order and you will need to push her to the 220/220 Friendship OR Affection threshold to be able to save her.

How to trigger the endings

After you beat the final boss, you get to choose your ending

Choosing "I wish for Konoha to survive" triggers an ending which does not rely on any preexisting conditions. It is a static ending, always available

Choosing "Resist Fate" will trigger the game's True Ending.
This requires you to save all previous people with "Observe with Demon Sight" option. You have to save all of the people in this manner, otherwise the option will not unlock!

Choosing "I wish for the world to survive" will either unlock the bad ending or one of the character endings.

To get the bad ending, Konoha's Friendship or Affection have to be > 700, or < 700, while not having any other character 1000 Friendship AND Affection. Also applies if you failed to save anyone (you are not on True Ending path (Resist Fate)!

To get one of the character endings, Konoha's Friendship AND Affection have to be below 700, and the first character that passes the requirements (1000 Friendship and 1000 Affection) will be the one chosen for the ending (the characters who achieve this afterwards do not count). You cannot get multiple character endings with one game clear (just the singular one)!

The safest way to ensure this is is to get the characters below 700/700 (Friendship AND Affection), save the game, then just get the chosen character to 1000/1000 Friendship AND affection, and beat the final boss fight, while choosing the option 'I want the world to survive' (2nd option).

More precise requirements (per character)

(the values mentioned below might not be 100% precise and the requirements might be less. I did some very extensive testing though, so it should be reliable.)

All of these values mentioned below require you to have the following:

True Ending available - you saved everyone prior to fighting the final boss fight!

Thanks. I've already watched the epilogues and nothing. I'll have to do another loop, because I didn't make any progress with Hori or Micchi. But I'm too lazy. Anyway, thanks for your guide and I hope my contributions have complemented your guide.

@alfonso@ Not sure, but watch the epilogues as well.
Try to save after every ending achieved (to a separate savefile). Other than that, I have no clue.

I don't know if you can help me with this.
I got all the endings:
Konoha ending
Bad ending (No character)
Resist fate ending
Endings for: Saru, Max, Kuni, Hori, Ichika, Beni, Machina, Nanachi, Micchi, Terasu and Takako.
I didn't get the "it's over...for now" achievement.
Do you know if I'm missing an ending or if the achievement was bugged?.
I'd appreciate any information you can give me.

That's interesting. It corresponds to my experiences. When pursuing Terasu and Kuni's ending, Konoha's emotions were at 448, 701 and 500. So the final boss only attacked me with affection or used skills on herself (which made the fight much easier I might add).
As a final contribution: As long as you make sure that friendship OR affection doesn't reach 1000 before defeating the 5th boss, Konoha doesn't have more than 700 in both areas (if it reaches 700 DON'T TALK TO HER and nothing will happen) and make sure to see most of the events of the character you want to see the ending (it may not be mandatory, but just in case).
With that and having a backup save (after defeating the 5th boss), you shouldn't have problems seeing all the endings in the same playthrough.

@alfonso@ what you are describing with Takako corresponds with my findings. The sudden affection increase might have been when she approaches you at random or it is due to random point fluctuation, which corresponds with the Hate you got for Konoha. As long as Hate isn't the predominant emotion, Konoha or any character shouldn't change to the most unfavorable AI (where it decreases accuracy)

I got Takako's ending.
Beni had +800 affection before the 5th boss and it didn't affect anything.
Then I got 1000 friendship and affection points with Takako and watched all the events (I think).
I have a saved game after defeating the 5th boss and I'll try another character for verification.
A curious thing that happened to me is that for every day that passed after defeating the 5th boss, Konoha increased her hatred towards Nini by 160 points. I don't know if that would have any impact on the final battle, but I wanted to mention it (she got to 500 hate points). I also made sure that Konoha doesn't have +700 points in anything, but out of nowhere her affection was at 715 (I don't know what happened).

If you wish, I can mention, to a certain extent, the hours of the day when character events are usually available.
For example, most activities are available between 12:00 pm and 18:59 pm. Training with Saru, Takako and Terasu can be done very early (7 am for example). Training with Kuni and Max during the week can only be done after 13:00 pm (same as the Let's Study event (this applies to all characters)).
