General
The sheet has 4 pages:

1. Materials: material used for craft and where to drop/buy/find.
2. Enemies: category/name, where to find, what are the drops and it's picture.
3. Accessories: name, effect, where to craft, materials needed and it's picture.
4. Spells: name, how to get/upgrade and upgrade requirements.
5. Important itens: here are listed itens that I highly recommend to get asap because it improves your characters in general. Contains name, usage, how/where to get and a check column, so you can download it for you sign what you have already found and don't get lost.

So when you write "much easier to reach with the Lightning Soul", I think you probably mean with the double jump? That used to be part of lightning soul in earlier versions, but is now taught by Daemahn.
