On day 2, after leaving the house, go around the neighbors' houses opposite and find a house with a green mesh fence (as in the screenshot).
And from this house we go straight and look for a teddy bear in the field.
Take a picture of a teddy bear and the achievement is yours.

Thanks! I was surprised by a missing achievements, but the stats saying that 100% of players have found it is even weirder. It is Krypto FM. I want to believe!
