Intro
There's a total of four Subnetwork Chamber in the game, they force you to solve the puzzles by using bridge to alter incoming packages' IP, and most of it required you to manipulate hubs inside it to guild the flow.
I'll post my solution here, however they might not be the best solution.

This puzzle need you to wire manually, it can achieved by wiring destined filter to other things first, thus occupied port 0.

the last one is rng but is pretty straightforward since you just match it with the last digit of the address

R1 - ends in 0
R2 - ends in 1
R3 - ends in 2
R4 - ends in 3
