portraits updated! Sadly i can change the thumbnail its stuck with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ portraits being shown

will conflict with any mod that effects the portraits or lobby icons of the left 4 dead 2 survivors

-new hud portraits for all left 4 dead 1 survivors
