Lower Campaign Camera

Sorry folks updates not possible due to uni work piling up. Check the comments, someone has taken up the job of keeping an up to date camera mod :)

I messed with the levels of the camera heightmap, making the lowest camera angle show the sky above land. It is compatible with other camera mods, such as Splenyi's.

A black-and-white image tells the game what angle the camera should be according to the terrain below it. Land is now mostly black, meaning that the camera angle showing the sky will appear when you're not right above mountains.
