Сразу скажу, что придётся создавать новую игру (медведя), без этого (на данный момент) увы никак. Если кто-то найдёт способ для существующей игры, то напишите в комментариях, пожалуйста.

Итак, многие, кто столкнулся с проблемой невозможности убить Shadow Pig уже наверное прочитали, что проблема заключается в самом последнем патче. Я пробовал способ через чтение ассетов Unity, через Unity Bundle Browser, но увы я в этом не силён. Потратив несколько дней я понял, что следует поставить вопрос иначе: "а есть ли способ в Steam'е поставить определённую версию игры?" и да, этот способ есть.

Что для этого нужно:

1. Открыть Steam
   
2. Открыть в браузере (Chrome/Firefox/Edge/etc) ссылку "steam://nav/console" (без кавычек), которая предложит открыть ссылку в Steam — соглашаемся
   
3. Перейти в консоль Steam'a
   
4. Ввести следующую команду:
   
   download_depot 395850 395851 4001655608560227899

где

• 395850 - это идентификатор приложения
  
• 395851 - это идентификатор приложения для платформы Windows 64-bit, если Вам необходима другая платформа, то вот список:
  
  • 395852 - macOS
    
  • 395853 - Linux
    
  • 395854 - Windows 32-bit
• 4001655608560227899 - это манифест патча, который нам нужен, здесь же это версия от 22 мая 2016 года

После того, как команда Вам напишет "Depot download complete", вы можете открыть папку, в которую была загружена старая версия игры (это будет показано в консоли Steam'a) и оттуда запустить ".exe"-файл с игрой.

Стратегию я выбрал следующую:

• собрал почти всё на локациях Arni Forest и Shepard Lake
  
• быстро пробежал в локацию Spooky Woods в тёмное время суток, через Calypso Mountains
  
• убил трёх свиней
  
• продолжил играть уже на версии игры из Steam'a

Unfortunately all actions should be done for new game (bear), I don't know if there is a way to do this for already existing game. If somebody finds the way to do that for existing game, please write this in the comment section.

What we should do:

1. Open the Steam
   
2. Open the link in the browser (Chrome/Firefox/Edge/etc) "steam://nav/console" (without quotes). It will ask you to open the link in the Steam - click "Open in Steam"
   
3. Go to the Steam's console
   
4. Enter the next command:
   
   download_depot 395850 395851 4001655608560227899

where

• 395850 - it is app (game) ID
  
• 395851 - it is app ID for platform. In this case it is for Windows 64-bit, if you need another platform, here the list:
  
  • 395852 - macOS
    
  • 395853 - Linux
    
  • 395854 - Windows 32-bit
• 4001655608560227899 - it is a manifest of the patch which we need, in this case it is the manifest for patch from 22th May 2016

When command finished, you will see the message "Depot download complete", now you can open the folder which command displayed and run the ".exe"-file with game.

I chose the next strategy:

• collected almost all things on the Arni Forest and Shepard Lake locations
  
• rushed to the Spooky Woods location at night through Calypso Mountains location
  
• killed 3 shadow pigs
  
• continued playing game via Steam
