You can find a key to a specific room and use it to your advantage. When you provoke Frank to come chase after you, you can lure him into that room and lock him in.

I thought I may never have to say this but you have to engage in combat with Frank which is pretty hard since he is like 10x stronger than you are but try to utilize hit-and-run tactics and once you've defeat him, he's out cold forever unless you wake him up again.
