1. Go to map and find a bridge.
2. Pinpoint the middle of the bridge.
3. Drive to the pinpoint location.
4. Once arrived, get out of the car and go to the ledge.
5. At the ledge, when you try to vault it initially will not allow you to but keep spamming the vault button until you are able to.
6. Once you leap off the bridge, camp out under the bridge until the police stop searching for you.
(Don't worry about fall damage since the water will save you)
