1. Disable shader cache in graphics settings (2nd option from the bottom)
   
2. After game restarts to apply the change, exit the game and install a different version of GPU driver (can be newer or older, just has to be different) to invalidate shader cache
   
3. Make sure you don't get the progress bar showing shader cache compilation when starting the game, if you do, start over.

That's it. You should no longer crash rate slowly growing until the game becomes unplayable. Occasional crashes are still possible, but a single crash will no longer affect future stability of the game.
