When first played Ghost of Tsushima  Directors Cut, was facing crash as well FPS drop. However check many websites and solutions and finally fixed it. Now game is not crashing and FPS are good.

I have tried to set Best in-game Graphics settings, which is working well for me. If you have more powerful GPU then you can increase value. I have use both UPSCALING "FSR3" and "DLSS" both are working well whereas Frame Generation set to "AMD FSR3".

Below you can find about FPS on 10 series and Crash Fixed.

1) To Gain more FPS (for 10 Series GPU), just follow this:
A) Go to Registry Editor
B) Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Sucker Punch Productions\Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT\Graphics
C) Double click on 'AsyncCompute' and set the value to '0'
D) Exit Registry Editor
E) Run the game and see the difference.

2) To fix the Crash
A) Go to in-game Graphics Settings
B) Set "TERRAIN DETAIL" to "MEDIUM"

3) If you have install Playstation SDK then Uninstall it. It will also fix crashing.

This actually fixed the Crashing issue, specially during and after Cut scenes. Now no more crash.
