Introduction
Thanks for visiting this guide. In it, you will find all the pictures featured in this game's gallery. For your information, the gallery has a total of 35 images.

While I did legitimately unlock all the images, I don't remember what conditions I fulfilled to get them. If you know how to unlock a specific image and the unlock condition isn't stated, please feel free to comment at the bottom of the guide or in this thread. I'm pretty sure that completing Garou's achievements will cover most if not all of the unspecified conditions, so try starting with those. I've included some basic information on how to unlock the achievements below the picture gallery, so give that a look if you want more information. What's more, I've included a trick for survival that might make that mode easier.

I will update the guide with any information you submit as soon as I can. Hopefully, this will be a successful group effort that helps some would-be completionist(s) later on down the line. Anyone who submits contributions will be included in the Special Thanks section at the end of this guide, unless you would prefer to be left uncredited.

Without further ado, I present to you this game's artwork.

Tips for Unlocking the Achievements
Step 1
Beat story mode with all 14 characters (difficulty doesn't matter), making sure that you get the good ending with everyone. To get the good ending, you need to beat Kain R. Heinlein, who is the game's true final boss. While straightforward, here's how to access story mode:

It's been a while so I don't remember the exact conditions for facing Kain in this version, but at most you have to do the following:

a) Get an average ranking of AAA or higher
b) Never continue
c) Don't lose a single round

Like I said, this is the most you would have to do. If anyone can clarify the specific conditions for facing Kain, please reach out to me via one of the two methods mentioned in the Introduction. Note that even if you can still fight Kain after continuing, one of the achievements requires you to beat story without continuing, so you'll probably want to do so at least once.

For your reference, here is Garou's full roster: Terry Bogard, Rock Howard, B. Jenet, Kim Dong Hwan, Kim Jae Hoon, Hotaru Futaba, Gato, Tizoc (aka The Griffon Mask), Marco Rodrigues (aka Khushnood Butt), Hokutomaru, Kevin Rian, Freeman, Grant, and Kain R. Heinlein. If you aren't sure how to select Grant and Kain, please refer to the images below:

Step 2
Multiplayer is accessible from the main menu. You'll want to do the following in this mode:

1) Win a total of 20 matches (you will unlock two achievements in the process)

2) Win 10 matches in a row

Step 3
Beat survival mode at least once (difficulty doesn't matter). You can access survival by doing the following:

If you're trying to get all the gallery pictures, you will need to clear survival with both Terry and Rock, so I recommend beating this mode with one of these two when trying to unlock the achievement. In the normal version of this game, there is a trick you can implement to make survival mode a lot easier. Check out the section called Survival Trick found at the bottom of this guide for more details.

Step 4
Switch the game over to the DotEmu version. "Do what?," you may ask. Basically, there's another version of Garou released by CodeMystics, and some of the achievements can only be unlocked in that version. Here's how to access it:

1) Go to your games library, right click Garou: Mark of the Wolves, and select "properties" from the drop-down menu that appears.

2) This will open up the properties window. Click on the "Betas" tab and type dotemuversion into the box below "Private Betas." Once you've done this, click the "Check Code" button to the right.

3) Locate the box in the upper right corner and select "dotemu - DotEmu 2016 release."

4) Now wait until this version of the game finishes downloading.

Step 5
Now that you have the DotEmu version installed, you'll want to do the following in story mode:

1) Clear story mode at least once (difficulty doesn't matter)

2) Beat story on the hardest difficulty (can be combined with #1)

3) Get a perfect in at least one round

4) Win 30 fights (this will unlock two achievements)

Step 6
With the DotEmu version still installed, play a match in multiplayer. I highly doubt anyone is playing this version of the game, so you will probably need to boost this one; pro-tip: use the forums to find a boosting partner.

Step 7
We're not done with the DotEmu version just yet. There are a few tasks left to complete if you want to platinum this game, and they are all obtained through survival mode. What you want to do is:

1) Win 5 fights in survival (difficulty doesn't matter)

2) Clear survival mode (difficulty doesn't matter)

3) Clear survival mode on the hardest difficulty (can be combined with #2)

As mentioned previously, there is a trick you can use to easily clear survival mode. Unfortunately, this does not work in the DotEmu version, which means you'll need to tackle the hardest achievement in the game on your own. Well, you're not entirely on your own. There's a YouTuber named Garou Chill who made a playlist where he beats survival mode with every character on the hardest difficulty. Click here to check it out. What's more, this website[wiki.supercombo.gg] breaks down Garou's gameplay (e.g. movement, offense, defense, etc.) and has character sections that cover moves, combos, and strategies.

Personally, I think the easiest character to beat survival with is Grant, and he's who I used to unlock the achievement. I knew no combos, so I cleared max-difficulty survival using mostly specials and supers. More specifically:

Specials - I used either kokuen-ryuu (214 A/C = quarter circle back A/C) or gou dangai (236 B/D = quarter circle forward B/D). If you position yourself within a certain range from the opponent, these moves work surprisingly well when used on their own. The catch is that the effectiveness of the move differs depending on which character the AI is using, and there are a few characters for whom merely exploiting these moves doesn't work very well.

Normals - If I used a move that moved me next to an opponent (like gou dangai), I found I could often rely on Grant's jabs to safely push me out of range. Try jumping into training mode to get a feel for both the range and startup of his standing and crouching A, as well as their link timing.

Supers - Use majin engetsu rin (236236 B/D = quarter circle forward x2 B) whenever you get the chance. If the AI jumps in on you, try hitting it with majin haten dan (236236 A = quarter circle forward x2 A) for a great anti-air punish. Majin engetsu rin is crucial because it hits the opponent somewhere around 14 times, which greatly increases the chance of power-ups being dropped. Keep in mind that I tried to avoid using power moves because they burn all your meter and thus decrease the number of power-ups you obtain across survival mode.

Hopefully I've provided enough information for you to eventually beat survival on max difficulty. I recorded my successful run a while back, but I forget where I saved it. If I ever find the video, I may upload it to YouTube and link it to this guide.

Anyway, with all the achievements out of the way, I recommend exiting the game and reverting Garou back to its normal version.

Survival Trick
I definitely recommend trying to clear the survival mode achievements and unlocking the pictures on your own; however, if you want to get most of them done quick and dirty, then there's a trick you can use to lower the difficulty barrier. In short, this method gives you infinite continues in survival, a mode that normally ends with a game over whenever you lose a match.

Unfortunately, as mentioned earlier in the guide, this trick cannot be used in the DotEmu version, which means you still have to complete the hardest survival achievement (and the hardest achievement in the game) on your own. I provided a bit of information to help with this achievement at the end of the previous section, so check it out if you're interested.

So here's the trick: All you have to do is hit a button as Player 2 whenever you feel you're about to lose a match. You don't even need a second controller for this because the left and right sides of the keyboard can be used for P1 and P2. This will stop your current fight and open up the character select screen. Select whomever you like and then beat P2 with your character. After Player 2 has been defeated, you will once again be matched against your last CPU opponent. Note that your health, time and gauge will be identical to whatever they were the first time you fought your last opponent.

Decided to quickly write and publish this guide after I got asked some questions in a thread I posted a while back. It's actually a work in progress because I don't remember all the unlock conditions for the gallery's pictures.

If anyone owns this game, hasn't unlocked the pictures (or already has but remembers the conditions), and wants to help out, please post the unlock conditions for any images listed as "unknown" either in the guide's comments or in this thread . I bet someone, somewhere will appreciate your contributions. Thanks in advance!
