Changes from KF-Nuked:

- Night theme: Custom skybox, Changes in lights and lighting

- Changed zed spawns to test more realistic spawning, no corner spawns and zeds will spawn outside playable area

- Removed van from tunnel (picture 2)
- Opened elevator shaft drop (picture 3)
- Moved lobby / gear selection area
- Less foggy
- Removed ground fires that caused AoE damage to players
- Removed objective mode
- Removed dosh hold areas
