How to get "special gift for Trump surgery" without Club Bossa signup

1. make sure you have file extensions enabled in windows explorer
2. right click in explorer to create an empty text file
3. open the file and paste in

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Bossa Studios\Surgeon Simulator 2013]
"trumpmakeup"=dword:00000001

4. save the file
5. rename it to have the .reg file extension
6. double click the file to add it to the windows registry
7. open surgeon simulator to check if it was successful
for Linux users using Proton
1. open the game's file folder


2. go up from there to the steamapps folder


3. go to the proton prefix for surgeon simulator

4. open user.reg in a text editor and add

"trumpmakeup"=dword:00000001

underneath [Software\\Bossa Studios\\Surgeon Simulator 2013]

5. save the file and launch the game to see if it worked

Another way for Windows users is:
1. Hit the Windows key + R key
2. Type "regedit" without quotes. If you get prompted about allowing the program to make changes, say yes
3. In the resulting menu, navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bossa Studios\Surgeon Simulator 2013
4. On the right-hand side menu, you should see a bunch of different values. Right click on this menu and from the "New" menu, add a new "DWORD (32-bit) Value" and call it "trumpmakeup" without quotes
5. Change the value from 0 to 1 and hit okay, then exit the menu.
