I based it on it, if you see the original files you will see that the name is “teleporting kunai” but since I don't have a kunai model I changed it.

It is used so that when you throw the knife YOU can teleport to the knife

sorry, can you clarify- does this let me teleport to where the knife is (translocator) or teleport the knife back to me?
