Understanding the Vac
-The Vaccinator has the fastest ubercharge rate of all the mediguns at 67% Ubercharge Rate

-The Vaccinator has 3 Resistances Types, Bullet Resistance, Explosive Resistance, and Flame Resistance in order

There are two types of resistances, Passive Resistances and Active Resistances
Each Active Resistance Lasts 2.5 Seconds
The Vaccinator can only store 4 Charges Total
  • A Passive Bullet Resistance gives 10% Bullet Resistance
  • An Active Bullet Resistance gives 75% Bullet Resistance and a 100% Critical Bullet Resistance
If you have an Active Bullet Resistance and a Passive Bullet Resistance it will not give you 85% Bullet Resistance
At no point does the vaccinator give Mini-Crit Resistance, Melee Damage Resistance, or Environmental Damage Resistance
  • For example if a Medic were to use an Active Explosive Resistance on a heavy, and you were to shoot a direct pipe, it would do 25 Damage instead of 100 Damage even if it were Critical, if you had a Minicrit Buff(35% DMG Bonus) it would do (25*1.35=33.75) 34 Damage
  • Melee Damage and Environment Damage ignores all Passive and Active Resistances
Countering The Vaccinator
To counter the Vaccinator you need
  • The Element of Surprise
  • Two or more Damage Types
Example: Solo shotgun Soldier, or a Soldier and a Pyro
  • Switch to Melee If Viable
  • Out-Damage the Vaccinator
This is usually the hardest and least viable option
But I attacked the Vaccinator Medic and it's Pocket and it used Multiple Resistances on against Me/Us
  • There can be 1 to 3 Active Resistances at the same time but only 1 Passive Resistance at anytime
  • Identify which is the Active Resistance and which is the Passive Resistance
The Active Resistance will make a Shield and a Sound, the Passive Resistance will not
  • If the Medic has used two or three of the Resistances you are attacking with, the best option is to distance yourself to make the Resistances a waste, and then re-enter once the Resistances have worn off, remember a Vaccinator Medic only has 4 Charges Total, each lasting 2.5 Seconds, the other option is to use Melee Damage
I tried all of the above and it didn't work
  • This means the opponents Outmatch You in one or more ways
    1. The Medic and it's Pocket have an about equal or greater skill compared to you, a good deal of the times less because the Vaccinator is a Huge Clutch
    2. You are Outnumbered by the enemy team whenever you attack the Vaccinator Medic and It's Pocket
    3. You are not getting Proper Support from your team, don't confuse this with 2, your team is absent from the fight and/or not targeting the correct people
End
Made this in an hour, I tried hard to make it simple, concise, short and easy to read while avoiding saying things like skill issue. I also avoided things like, just airblast them off a cliff because then that goes into class v class and extremely situational things.
