Beskrivning
The previous planner has already established a port area and began modernizing the nearby town of Sviby. However, the allocated resources and funding for the project was abused and mismanaged. Resulting in the lack of civil services, incomplete roads, cheap equipment, unemployment, and heavy reliance on personal transportation. Expect a challenging start.

Thanks for the update. Yes, I've seen that the Early Start DLC is sorely missing some important features to be usable without mods.

3Division Keeps updating/changing the early start dlc. This is why it is taking me so long, as I have to keep changing my map to accommodate it. I was also waiting to see if they would add early flatbed ships. Otherwise expect the early start version to have a single customs house.

Would love to see the early start version come out officially. I wanted to do do Early Start on this but seeing all the modern vehicles I realized it just wouldn't make any sense.

Great map. My first attempt at an island game and gave just what was needed for a challenging but possible realistic mode start.

This map is great, the question is, would it be possible to make it for the new DLC to start in 1930, because now this option is blocked?
