New Perks

Adds:
- Cashback, Bloodbullets, Candolier, Downers Delight, Nuke a Cola, Margarita, Estatic, Trail Blazers, Banana Colada , guardian ale perks, salvage shake, windrunner whiskey, trail blazers and more.
- Cashback gives cashback on buy
- Bloodbullets does not allow you to spend bullets when shooting if has charges
- Candolier gives extra ammos
- Nuke a cola explode the nuke on down
- Guardian Ale Gives God Mode when taking damage
- Margarita bring closer powerups
- Estatic stun nearby enemies
- With Trail Blazers you can make dash
- Banana Colada: on slide leaves banana slip
- Downers Delight gives mustang and sally when down. When upgraded you can kill 3 zombies to get up

Your banana colada perk interferes with the brand new perk cosmonaut colada the internal name of cosmonaut colada messes with your banada colada perk which mean you gotta change the banana colada name.

Some more custom perks from BO3 Custom Zombies that could be added: Fighter's Fizz, Muscle Milk, Atomic Liquor, Snails Pace Slurpee, Cryoslide Soda, Crusader's Ale, Swarm Scotch, and Blood Wolf Bite I am aware some of these may be difficult to implement. I just think these would be some nice additions to the mod.

I do not know about the bubblegum system, but at least I need all the gobblegums textures, and I do not have black ops 3 (I need black ops 3 tools)
