First Step: Find Gale

First you have to find Gale. You can find our beloved wizard from Waterdeep on the beach after the Nautiloid crashed (X:224, Y:326)
Second Step: Rescue him

Unfortunately, Gale is stuck in a portal. Interact with the portal and pull him out.
(If you're playing as Dark Urge you can also chop off his hand, but that's counterproductive if you want more from him than his dead hand)
Final Step: Use your Rizz

Talk to him and just exist. Gale will fall for you straight away.
His only requirements seem to be that you exist and breathe (the second could be optional, there is still missing data on that)
