'Completed' Maps for Weapon Upgrades, Secrets, Cabinets, and Supply Chests

This is a minimal spoiler guide for finding most of the collectibles in Selaco. This is great for players like me who want to do re-runs but don't need a comprehensive guide on where exactly these collectibles are again, or for new players who only want a general location of all the essential collectibles and don't want to spoil themselves on how to acquire the more harder to get secrets.

Note: The maps do not include items such as where the some of the cabinet cards are, all of the Datapads, and all of the security cards.

There's a missing secret in Admin and Exodus plaza north,
In Administration inside the construction area accessible with the security card there's a stim that increases max hp

In Exodus plaza north, in the arcade games area, there is the punching bag, if you put a coin and then hit it with melee you'll get a medkit pouch

Where is the first cabinet card? Is this going to be like Ion Fury where the game mocks you for not being omniscient?

For anyone else wondering, the weapon upgrade in "Utility Area [Rooftop]" is not mean to be reachable without cheats. It has an alt-fire mode for UC-36 called "Scarab mode (CHEAT)" which fires electric spheres which do a ton of damage while using only 1 ammunition.
