carry all* weapons (and a few more fun commands)

A brief guide for how to remove weapon inventory limitations in Crysis 1 Remastered, effectively allowing you to simultaneously hold on to every weapon you come across, plus a few other fun commands.

step 1:  enable dev mode
First thing you need to do is enable “dev mode”.
There's at least one other guide on here regarding to do this, I'm sure,
and since this is my first guide, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to repeat it here...
But! I'll do it anyway, and see if I get in trouble.
So this is how you do it:

1. Navigate to your Crysis Remastered executable.
It's probably somewhere like this:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Crysis Remastered\Bin64\CrysisRemastered.exe

2. [right-click .exe] ---> Send to ---> Desktop (create shortcut)

3. [right-click shortcut] ---> Properties

4. In the “Target:” field, append these three parameters,
such that it now ends like this:
....\CrysisRemastered.exe" -devmode -epicapp=Coot -epicenv=Prod

5. Apply and OK.

Notes
• When running this shortcut,
Steam will warn you that there's unexpected parameters.
Just say you're cool with it and carry on.
• Dev mode Crysis opens in windowed mode.
Just go back into settings and change it back to your preference.
• What a shortcut gets named, never actually matters.
Whatever you like, but putting “dev” in there somewhere is a good idea.
• In-game if you've done it right,
you'll get a floppy disc, a mountain, and an alarmed teapot in the top-left corner.
You may not get all of them, but just seeing one is enough.
No, you're not having a stroke. This is alllllll part of the plan.

step 2:  all the guns  >:)
How to use the console:
Press the tilde [~] key to open the console while in game.
On most keyboards it's the key to the left of [1].
Keep in mind that the “=” in commands (typically before the value) is optional.
I'm just used to omitting it, so you won't see it here. But either way is fine.

You may have Googled “crysis 1 remastered hold all weapons” at some point in the past,
and perhaps you came across and tried out this command:
i_noweaponlimit 1
But this is the command for the original Crysis from 2007,
and simply doesn't work in the 2020 remaster.

No, the command you've been looking for all this time, is this one:
g_inventoryNoLimits 1
And there you have it. It's as easy as that.
Keep in mind though that you're only supposed to have two primary weapons,
so the only binding you have available is “assault weapon toggle”,
and what this binding will do when you have more than one assault weapon,
is cycle upwards through them.
A little slow / inefficient but I can't see any faster alternative for weapon switching.

Sorry for the tiny gif but Valve demands images be under 2 (!) MB.
step 3:  other commands
Fun is subjective,
and of course you can remove any challenge with the following info,
but if you were looking for more of a power fantasy out of your magic power fantasy suit,
then you may like to try a few of these commands,
which I picked for my own personal tastes, out of a list of thousands.

With that out of the way...
Here's a few more commands for enhancing the suit itself:

g_suitSpeedEnergyConsumption 0
Reduces the energy drain of “Maximum Speed” to zero. Default is “24”.

g_playerSuitEnergyRechargeDelay 0
Reduces the delay before your suit starts recharging, to zero. Default is “2.5”.

g_playerSuitEnergyRechargeTime 0
Reduces the time it takes your suit to recharge from 0 to 100, to zero. Default is “4”.

i_giveammo bullet 240
Changes your Scar's reserve ammo to its maximum, i.e. 240.
You can increase the number beyond 240 if you like,
but then your ammo counter won't reflect the number of bullets you actually have.
If you just type  i_giveammo  into the console,
it'll explain how to give yourself any kind of ammo in any quantity.
In my config I've added  bind i "i_giveammo bullet 240"  ,
which tops up my Scar ammo just by pressing [i].

es_CloakBlendInSpeedScale 10
Changes how quickly your Cloak makes you invisible. Default is “2”.
Haven't had time to test if this is functional or merely aesthetic.
I'm pretty sure “10” is beyond the maximum possible speed,
but entering a value beyond maximum in this engine just acts as maximum.

g_suitArmorHealthValue 500
Increases how much damage “Maximum Armor” can tank, by a factor of 4.
Feel free to use any number you want. Default is “125”.

g_suitPowerJumpEnergyConsumption 0
Reduces how much energy a “Maximum Strength” jump will cost you, to zero.
Default is “20”, even though in-game it certainly appears to cost you 10.

g_suitCloakEnergyDrainAdjuster 0
This reduces the energy drain of your Cloak,
however in my testing I found it reduces the drain by ~95%, but never 100%.
I haven't played around with it enough, but shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

Note
Unlike with Crysis 2,
in this game, firing off one shot of anything, including fists, while cloaked,
will instantly reduce your suit energy to zero,
and even with lightning-quick recharge and zero delay, you'll still be forcibly un-cloaked.
There's probably a command in there somewhere to get around this, but there's thousands.
Perhaps someone with the time could trawl through them all and find it.
step 4:  enjoy!  (plus tips)
And that's all there is to it.
I hope this was helpful to someone as this is the first time I've made a guide,
and sorry again for posting it several years late.
I just didn't know that so many people had been struggling with it since 2020.

Notes
• I haven't tested, but I strongly suspect this disables achievements.
• As far as I can tell,
most of the parameter values will survive a level transition,
but they don't seem to survive closing and re-opening the game,
so you'll have to type them in every time you boot up.
• However don't forget that you can bind commands to single keys,
and even bind multiple commands to a single key, e.g.
   bind y "cl_fov 90; i_giveammo bullets 240"
Now pressing [y] will give you 240 Scar ammo and increase the FOV to 90°.
• You can also put them in your autoexec.cfg file,
but if using the Crysis Remastered Improvement Project mod, (which I recommend,)
then your own autoexec file will be ignored,
and you'll have to use the mod's.

Have fun!

Could you help me with a problem? I write this command in the console cl_strengthscale 200, and although it recognizes it, it does not apply the change, I know that you can have infinite strength and throw objects very far, but it does not work for me, I even added the command in the diff_bauer file and tried with g_strengthscale 200, but neither works for me, what can I do?
