Young Hatless Bill

Beskrivning
He has ALOT on his mind.

Decided to throw this together; using a mash-up of both Despair's Hatless bill and inspiration and the face from Cuba's Young Bill. The hair colour was my doing.
This does require Hatless Bill to actually see the texture.
