Twitch drops help for those that still need.
Things that helped fix this for some.

Follow in order. ( if you did not follow in order , use alternate twitch and redo <- this helped some, But is not necessary, Allow a wait time of up to 10 hours to receive your items in the mail.)

1.Use same browser. Login to twitch, steam (I also logged into Nexon don't think it matters).

2. Go to https://tfd.nexon.com/en/twitch-drops

3. Make sure pop up blocker does not block any windows from this nexon site at the moment as some got blocked at last step.DO NOT CLOSE WINDOW click close if prompted.

4. select link and select your choice (steam guest). It should say if your account is open it should link, and it says close. DO NOT CLOSE WINDOW click close.

5. check background open browser for steam logon prompt, login.

6. check other window and DO NOT CLOSE WINDOW click close if prompted.

7. It should say account link completed and give you an option to unlink your email.

8. watch someone playing tfd with twitch drops Enabled.

9. claim your twitch drops, wait for replication time.

10. logon game and claim at mailbox.
