Hanoi Hannah - Speaker Entity

This addon is a single speaker entity, based around the Vietnam War legend of Hanoi Hannah. The speaker periodically plays anti-war propaganda used by the North Vietnamese Army during the war as a means to discourage US troops from fighting, or to encourage their surrender or defection.

Hanoi Hannah - real name Trịnh Thị Ngọ - was dubbed 'Hanoi Hannah' by US troops due to her broadcasts on Radio Hanoi, where she would discourage soldiers, as well as reveal information about the soldiers - such as unit positions, soldier casualties, as well as playing anti-war songs from America.
