Fix Game Crash on Startup after SNK logo

if you (like me) use Windows 11 and the game is crashing after the SNK logo startup i found a solution in some steam discussion board and i want to put it here for ease of access for other people that's having the same issue.

Turn on Windows Compatibility Mode
Browse the game files > Right Click the game .exe > Click Properties > Go to Compatibility Tab > Checklist "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" > Choose Windows 8
