Introduction
Welcome to the Rogue Prince of Persia Achievement Guide. Below I will outline how to unlock each achievement and list some strategies to get them. If you spot an error or want to suggest a better strategy, let me know and I'll correct the error or add said strategy, and give credit as well.
Story-Related
These achievements are directly related to the main narrative of the game and are generally not difficult to unlock. I'll include the biome ones here as well because I'm sure the main story will incorporate visiting all of them at some point to progress. I won't be providing commentary on the biome achievements because they're straightforward.

Biome

Sliding heaven!
Reach the Aqueduct for the first time.

I should've listened to Father...
Reach the Hun Camp for the first time.

Brain of Persia
Reach the Academy for the first time.

The smell of burned flesh
Reach the Tower of Oblivion for the first time.

Country stroll
Reach the Gardens for the first time.

Meeting People

Azadeh, the head of the village
Meet Azadeh, the head of the village
Azadeh can be found in Zagros Village. It's hard to miss, but she can be found up on a plateau-like area. Talking to her will net you the achievement.

Astara the Smith
Meet Astara the Smith.
Astara is usually found low down underground and only appears on stages before bosses, which so far are Aqueduct, Academy, and Gardens.

Paachi the Wise
Meet Paachi.
Paachi will begin to appear in The Oasis and slowly set up her tent across runs, so there is no way you can miss her.

Mommy!
Find Feriel at her headquarters.
Feriel is located in Aqueduct. WARNING. THIS IS CURRENTLY MISSABLE IF YOU SAVE SHAHIN BEFORE FINDING FERIEL, AS ALL STORY-RELATED CONTENT IS DISABLED ONCE YOU FINISH ACT I.

O brother, where art thou?
Find Shahin.
Shahin is initially located in the Tower of Oblivion and is locked in a cage. Progress through the story as normal and you will unlock this achievement.

Objectives

Apprentice engineer
Open the valve in the Aqueduct.
During the story, you will need to collect a lever from Astara and take it to Aqueduct to open the valve, which will free Shahin in the Tower of Oblivion. Opening the valve unlocks the achievement.

The Little Prince
Free Shahin from his prison.
After unlocking Apprentice engineer, making sure you have already talked to Feriel so you don't lock yourself out of the achievement for meeting her, head to the Tower of Oblivion after defeating Berude. Find Shahin, and he will be freed from his prison and the achievement will unlock.
Bosses
As of this writing, all bosses are required to progress through the game, but they will receive their own category as this may change in the future.

The Fat and the Furious
Kill Berude.
Not too difficult. Don't worry about engaging in melee with her until you kick a rock into her and break her shield, stunning her for a few seconds. Repeat this and you should have no trouble. The second phase has some slightly more difficult attacks to dodge, as well as a smaller wall to climb on, but nothing absurd.

With my eyes closed
Kill Berude without getting hit.
Follow the above instructions, as well as the following more detailed ways to avoid attacks:
-When Berude is preparing the claw strike, there will be a small flash of light to indicate it. Dodge INTO her to perform a vault and take no damage.

-When Berude is charging horizontally, use the wall behind the Prince (not the side ones) to run over Berude. During the first phase, she changes directions 0-1 times, and in the second phase, she changes directions twice. When done charging, rocks spawn. Use them.

-When Berude is leaping and remaining on the screen, dodge the few jumps and wait for the large slam. Dodge into her to perform a vault high into the air and then kick one of the rocks spawned into her.

-When Berude is leaping from above and goes off-screen, pay attention to the indicator of where she is and avoid getting surprised. This is the hardest attack to dodge.

-When Berude strikes the ground or wall to send shockwaves, keep your distance and focus on dodging.

If you get hit once, return to menu and restart from the beginning of the biome to retry the fight.

Skin & Bone
Kill Bataar.
Similarly with Berude, you should play defensively against Bataar. When Bataar spawns the exploders or takes time to rest, that is the time to attack. Be careful with the platforming between phases as well. The fight isn't incredibly punishing, but take your time and you should do fine.

With one hand behind my back
Kill Bataar without getting hit.
Using the above information as well as the tips below, no-hitting Bataar shouldn't pose a large challenge.

-Beam attack: In the first two phases, you can rest in the corners of the arena and should be fine. The light shines showing where you can hide as well. In the third phase, there isn't any ground in the safe areas, so you need to be wall climbing/running through the area when the beam sweeps, and it sweeps twice in this third phase.

-Slam attack: Make your way to the top of the arena as Bataar damages from below. The light shows the safe spots in this attack as well.

-Horizontal pillars: This attack follows you a bit as you move, so just don't stay in one place vertically and you should be fine. In the first two phases, there are 3 in a row, and in the last phase, there are 5.

-Bombers: Bataar summons bombers that explode when you pass through them. Get rid of these as quickly as possible by dashing (NOT VAULTING OR CLIMBING) through them and then get as much damage in as possible.

-Explosion: In the third phase, after recovering, Bataar will rise up and explode in a radius. Make sure you disengage once you start to see Bataar get up after resting.

-For the protective barrier, try to use a ground slam on it while having the perk that destroys them in one hit with ground slams.

Once again, if you take damage, including falling during the platforming sections, quit to the main menu and retry the biome.

So that's how it's gonna be...
Get smacked down by one of the Hun generals.
This is really just a joke achievement. Enter one of the boss rooms (preferably Berude because you have to throw the run away) and let the boss kill you while you deal zero damage to it. Make sure you don't have any medallions regarding countering as if they proc, I believe this achievement will not pop.

Misc.
These achievements require you to perform a random task or reach a cumulative goal, and don't otherwise fit in with the above categories.

A great deal
Give these two scoundrels what they want.
You will likely get this during your first run. Simply purchase an item from the shop during your run.

Why won't it work?!
Use a secondary weapon without sufficient energy.
Press the button for using a tool over and over until you run out of energy and continue to keep pressing it until the achievement pops.

Thirst quenched
Use a potion at full HP
At the start of your run, attempt to heal yourself with a potion while at full HP until the achievement pops.

Less give, more take
Earn a Blood Altar reward without losing any health.
As of the Risk & Reward update, Blood Altars now remove Max HP instead of regular HP, meaning if you're at low health and use a Blood Altar, you should unlock the achievement as you won't be losing any actual health, just maximum health. HOWEVER, it seems at the moment this does not unlock the achievement, and it very well may be impossible to unlock at the moment. User oimeepy pointed out when trying this method, it did not unlock the achievement.

See how it shines!
Have Astara upgrade 10 medallions.
As of the Risk & Reward Update, this achievement is far easier, is about medallions, and tracks across runs and profiles, so getting this achievement will only take a bit of time. Simply visit Astara when you see her (she appears almost every map now) and sacrifice a medallion to upgrade a different one. Do this ten times in total and you will unlock the achievement. Steam also tracks the progress on this one, so it's easy to see where you're at.

The King awaits
Listen to the main theme music from start to finish.
Start up the game and leave it on the main menu for awhile, ten minutes at the most because sometimes the first go-around doesn't pop the achievement.

To infinity and WELL beyond...
Fast travel 50 times using the Wells of Dreams
You can choose to do this during one run, or across all your runs. It doesn't really matter because you'll unlock it naturally.

Rostam reincarnate
Kill 1,000 enemies.
This will occur naturally across your runs. To get it faster, kill every enemy on every map, which you should be doing anyway.

A half, half vertical marathon
Run 10km on walls.
This will occur naturally across your runs. You should be wall running often anyway, so this achievement should unlock in no time.

Climb Mount Damavand
Climb a height equal to Mount Damavand.
This one will also occur naturally, but takes much longer than the previous achievement. If you want, you can set up a macro in Zagros Village if you please to run up a wall, drop down, and run up the wall again, until this pops, but I would advise against it unless it's the last one you have left to unlock for some reason.

Will it never end?!
Kill 10 summons.
This can be easily done (and only done) in the Gardens, where the Invocator spawns in the flies and brutes. Kill 10 of them to unlock the achievement. I doubt this has to be done in one run, but it is so easily achieved in one that you shouldn't need to worry about that.

The right tools for the job!
Ask Sukhra to forge 5 new weapons.
Find the blueprints for 5 weapons and craft them in the Oasis. You can find blueprints by completing platforming challenges throughout the biomes.

Experienced collector
Craft 1 medallion pack with Paachi.
Discerning collector
Craft 3 medallion packs with Paachi.
Master collector
Craft 9 medallion packs with Paachi

You start with 3 medallion packs from the get-go to craft with Paachi. The rest are found in various biomes. From my experience, there is one in every biome that has a challenge room, meaning:

Zagros Village
Huns Camp
Academy
Aqueduct
Tower of Oblivion
Gardens

This totals to 9 medallion packs, which is exactly how many you need to craft to get all of the medallion pack crafting achievements.
Misc, continued
Apprentice alchemist
Trigger 50 elemental reactions.
Elemental reactions occur when an enemy is affected by two elements at the same time. Pulling this off isn't too difficult, especially if you grab the ability that gives you a fire aura during Vayu's Breath (the speed boost) and pick up a medallion that applies an element in a certain scenario. If you build with medallions correctly, you should get this achievement and all related ones over time.

Alchemist emeritus
Trigger 200 elemental reactions.
See the above description for Apprentice alchemist to see how to unlock this achievement.

Master of the elements
Trigger 500 elemental reactions.
See the above description for Apprentice alchemist to see how to unlock this achievement.

Overconfident
Die with 100 Spirit Shards in your possession.
Pretty simple to do. Destroy Soul Braziers when you see them instead of depositing back into the Oasis, and once you reach 100 Glimmers, die and the achievement will pop.

Nicely skewered
Kill 5 enemies with a single Spear throw
The toughest part of this achievement is finding a Spear early on, and no, the Whirling Spear won't work for this, only the Spear. I chose Hun Camp because it seemed flatter and more packed with enemy spawns in some areas, but it doesn't really matter. When you get around to finding a Spear in the first biome, find an area with 5 enemies lined up to be killed with a single throw. If you need to move some enemies into an area by kiting them, you can do that too. This will also unlock Combooo! at the same time, and the only reason Combooo! is that the achievement was glitched upon the original release.
Likely impossible at the moment due to the Javelin only being able to pierce 3 enemies, and that there is no longer a regular spear weapon.

Combooo!
Kill 5 enemies at the same time.
If you for some reason didn't get this while it was glitched or want to get it before Nicely skewered, you can pretty easily go into either of the first biomes and kill all 5 enemies at the same time with one charge with Double Daggers. Just make sure you don't accidentally get a kill or deal too much damage with regular hits while "cooking" the charge attack. As of the weapons update, it seems the Corrupted Spear does area damage that could also give you this achievement, as well as the special on Chained Dagger if you mark 5 enemies and they're at a low enough health.
Conclusion
Thank you for checking out the guide if you've made it this far. More likely than not, as the game continues to receive updates through Early Access, achievements may be added or removed. I will try and keep this as up-to-date as possible.

I'll reiterate what I said earlier: please leave a comment if any information is incorrect, out of date, or spelling/grammar/formatting errors and I will do my best to fix them as soon as possible.

my advice for Combooooooooooo achievement is to actually do it garden. Since summons die by one hit, escape from summons for a while and when there are enough. Just hit once and you get the achievement. Thats how i got it

I've updated the guide with that, sorry for missing it

Nicely skewered was likely made impossible due to the spear being removed in the weapons update (I had most of the weapons unlocked and didn't notice that the regular spear was removed). The Javelin can pierce, but only up to 3 enemies depending on how long you charge it up. If any, I'd skip over this achievement for now and wait.

nicely skewered, how? it is the javelin throw? the fat dudes in huns amp seem to body block the spear

I made a bit of an assumption on how "Less Give, More Take" works with the new update. If that method does not work, I'm not entirely sure if its unlockable. My best guess is to try and use one when you're at 1 HP (which is incredibly difficult to get to now that Blood Altars work differently). I'll ask around and see what I can come up with.

Update: Got the Combooo! achievement. My advice. Hun's Camp with chain dagger. Chain Dagger does a lot of damage so you'll only really need to hit enemies once or twice before they become killable with the special.

2 things:
I can't seem to get the "Less give, more take" achievement. I'm doing what's recommended in the guide and it's not working even though I'm not losing any health.
Second, can anyone give me some advice on getting the "Combooo" achievement, I've been struggling for hours on end.

@jairo2025 the game is not finished. There are 3 more story acts to be added, as well as more biomes and bosses. I'd take a look at the 2024 roadmap they've posted to see what they have in store for the next few months. Updates will also continue into 2025

just wonder if this game is finished or does it have some more level to be add on later on.?
it just seem so short and repeat the same level over and over again? any comment on this ?
