Introduction
Welcome to the Rogue Prince of Persia Achievement Guide. Below I will outline how to unlock each achievement and list some strategies to get them. If you spot an error or want to suggest a better strategy, let me know and I'll correct the error or add said strategy, and give credit as well.
Story-Related
These achievements are directly related to the main narrative of the game and are generally not difficult to unlock. I'll include the biome ones here as well because I'm sure the main story will incorporate visiting all of them at some point to progress. I won't be providing commentary on the biome achievements because they're straightforward.

Biome

Sliding heaven!
Reach the Aqueduct for the first time.

I should've listened to Father...
Reach the Hun Camp for the first time.

Gold, please.
Reach the Gold Mines for the first time.

Brain of Persia
Reach the Academy for the first time.

The smell of burned flesh
Reach the Tower of Oblivion for the first time.

Oh, Atar! God of fire, lend me your strength.
Reach the Temple of Fire for the first time.
Note: In-game this is referred to as Temple of Atar

Dip your toes
Reach the Port of Tisfun for the first time.

Country stroll
Reach the Gardens for the first time.

More work?
Reach the Craftsmen's District for the first time.

And right there, a little geranium.
Reach the Palace for the first time.

Meeting People

An old friend
Send Sukhra to the oasis.

Sukhra is found very early in the game and is impossible to miss.

Azadeh, the head of the village
Meet Azadeh, the head of the village

Azadeh can be found in Zagros Village. It's hard to miss, but she can be found up on a plateau-like area. Talking to her will net you the achievement.

Astara the Smith
Meet Astara the Smith.

Astara can be found during your runs and will upgrade your weapons up to two times for some gold.

Paachi the Wise
Meet Paachi.

Paachi will begin to appear in The Oasis and slowly set up her tent across runs, so there is no way you can miss her.

The enemy of my enemy...
Convince Nyamtur to join you.

Nyamtur is located in the Hun Camp. Do what he asks and he will join you, unlocking his Book of Heads, which has its own related achievements.

Mommy!
Find Feriel in the mines.

Feriel is located in a cave-in in the mines. Continue through the story and you will eventually free her by getting to the warehouse.

O brother, where art thou?
Find Shahin.

Shahin is initially located in the Tower of Oblivion and is locked in a cage. Progress through the story as normal and you will unlock this achievement.

Babak, the loyal
Meet Babak, the loyal

Babak is found in the Port of Tisfun lighthouse. The only way it becomes accessible by boat is if if you have defeated Altan (Public Baths) during your run. Speaking to him should grant you an achievement and a clue as to where to find the glass lens.

Objectives

Apprentice engineer
Open the valve in the Aqueduct.

During the story, you will need to collect a lever from Astara and take it to Aqueduct to open the valve, which will free Shahin in the Tower of Oblivion. Opening the valve unlocks the achievement.

The Little Prince
Free Shahin from his prison.

After unlocking Apprentice engineer, head to the Tower of Oblivion. Find Shahin (if you full explore the map, you shouldn't miss the area), and he will be freed from his prison and the achievement will unlock.

Where did I put my keys...
Open the gate to the Palace Warehouse.

After meeting Feriel in the Mines, she will hint that you need to get to the warehouse, which is locked by a code. The hints for the code will appear in your mind map, but if you can't figure it out, this is the code: The "L" with a curve coming out near the top, the spiral, and what appears to be a "w" with a large "U" attached to it..

The Marshal
Save Feriel from the cave-in.

After opening the gate to the Palace Warehouse, defeat Kaali and loop under the arena to free Feriel from the cave-in.

See how it shines!
Find the glass lens in the Port of Tisfun.

After meeting Babak in the Port of Tisfun, he tells you that you can find the glass lens near an "old roman galley" in the biome. It is a large ship somewhere in the biome background and is very difficult to miss. Enter it to find the glass lens. Note: You may have to have inspected the entrance to Peroz's lab in the Palace before Babak will tell you where to find the lens, but I haven't been able to confirm this.

Open sesame!
Open the door to Peroz's secret laboratory.

Take the glass lens to the Palace and insert it where it belongs near the entrance to the lab.

Kingdom saved!
Congratulations Prince, you saved your kingdom by avoiding the war.

After reporting back to the Oasis after opening Peroz's lab, all of your allies will agree to meet at the Palace. You'll know you have the right run if you get to the Palace, and you're able to speak to most of your allies across the biome. Proceed with the run as usual and you will unlock this achievement.
Bosses
Previously, for this category, I outlined specific strategies for each boss. I feel that that ends up being a moot point compared to having a strong build, because with any strong build, you should be prioritizing damage output above all else. One very good combo is the Plague Bearer (Nogaï weapon), Corrupted Sharpener (+50% damage dealt, +50% damage taken), and Corrupted Slasher (-30% base damage, +100% crit damage). Plague Bearer's crit condition is having 2 corrupted medallions equipped, so every attack should crit for you, dealing massive damage. I've personally gotten this build to deal 1000+ damage per hit, which makes no-hitting the bosses fairly trivial.

When in doubt, you can always quit out of the game if you get hit, relaunch, and try the fight again.

The Fat and the Furious
Kill Berude.

With my eyes closed
Kill Berude without getting hit.

Sloth personified
Kill Altan.

Go splash around in your bath
Kill Altan without getting hit.

Skin and bone
Kill Bataar.

With one hand behind my back
Kill Bataar without getting hit.

Death incarnate
Kill Kaali.

Prodigious!
Kill Kaali without getting hit.

Bad luck comes in threes
Kill Nogaï.
Note: This refers to the first Nogaï fight, King Nogaï the Indomitable.

Maximum Effort
Kill Nogaï without getting hit.
Note: This refers to the first Nogaï fight, King Nogaï the Indomitable.

Goliath, is that you?
Kill Nogaï the Broken.

Didn't need to get all angry...
Kill Nogaï the Broken without getting hit.

So that's how it's gonna be...
Get smacked down by one of the Hun generals.

This is really just a joke achievement. Enter one of the boss rooms and let the boss kill you while you deal zero damage to it.

Book of Heads
You will unlock the Book of Heads once you convince Nyamtur to join you. The Book of Heads is a series of quests for specific enemies, and there are quite a few achievements tied to it. I won't list the specific quests here for the sake of brevity, but each enemy in the wiki[rogueprinceofpersia.wiki.gg] contains an "Objectives" tab that will tell you each quest and its respective reward. Each quest must be done sequentially, and the next can't be completed until you claim the reward from the previous quest.

Apprentice anthropologist
Complete 5 quests for Nyamtur.
Informed anthropologist
Complete 20 quests for Nyamtur.
Master anthropologist
Complete 50 quests for Nyamtur.

Simply complete any 50 quests for Nyamtur. You should get this naturally as long as you remember to go back to Nyamtur at the end of the run and claim all rewards for quests.

General Berude, the Unstoppable
Complete General Berude's page.
General Altan, the Epicurean
Complete General Altan's page.
General Baatar, the Corrupted
Complete General Baatar's page.
General Kaali, the Prodigy
Complete General Kaali's page.
King Nogaï, the Indomitable
Complete the page King Nogaï in the book of heads.
Curse this change in formatting!
Nogaï the Broken
Complete the page of Nogaï, the Broken in the book of heads.

These respective achievements should unlock as soon as you complete the final quest for each of the bosses. I feel these quests are a nice way to teach you about some mechanics or give you a good challenge.
Misc.
These achievements require you to perform a random task or reach a cumulative goal, and don't otherwise fit in with the above categories.

A great deal
Give these two scoundrels what they want.

You will likely get this during your first run. Simply purchase an item from the shop during your run.

Why won't it work?!
Use a secondary weapon without sufficient energy.

Press the button for using a tool over and over until you run out of energy and continue to keep pressing it until the achievement pops.

Thirst quenched
Use a potion at full HP

At the start of your run, attempt to heal yourself with a potion while at full HP until the achievement pops.

Risky Bet
Use 2 Blood Altars in a single run.

You will eventually see a Blood Altar. Use two of them during a single run.

The King awaits
Listen to the main theme music from start to finish.

Start up the game and leave it on the main menu for awhile, ten minutes at the most because sometimes the first go-around doesn't pop the achievement.

To infinity and WELL beyond...
Fast travel 50 times using the Wells of Dreams

You can choose to do this during one run, or across all your runs. It doesn't really matter because you'll unlock it naturally.

Rostam reincarnate
Kill 1,000 enemies.

This will occur naturally across your runs. To get it faster, kill every enemy on every map, which you should be doing anyway.

A half, half vertical marathon
Run 10km on walls.

This will occur naturally across your runs. You should be wall running often anyway, so this achievement should unlock in no time.

Scaling Mount Damavand
Climb a height equal to Mount Damavand.

This one will also occur naturally, but takes much longer than the previous achievement. If you want, you can set up a macro in Zagros Village if you please to run up a wall, drop down, and run up the wall again, until this pops, but I would advise against it unless it's the last one you have left to unlock for some reason.

Will it never end?!
Kill 10 summons.

This can be easily done in the Gardens, where the Invocator spawns in the flies and brutes. Kill 10 of them to unlock the achievement. I doubt this has to be done in one run, but it is so easily achieved in one that you shouldn't need to worry about that.

Apprentice Forge Sage
Craft 5 weapons with Sukhra.
Discerning Forge Sage
Craft 10 weapons with Sukhra.
Master Forge Sage
Craft 15 weapons with Sukhra.

Find the blueprints for weapons and craft them in the Oasis with Soul Cinders. You can find blueprints by completing platforming challenges throughout the biomes or by defeating bosses.

Experienced collector
Craft 1 medallion pack with Paachi.
Discerning collector
Craft 3 medallion packs with Paachi.
Master collector
Craft 9 medallion packs with Paachi

You will find medallion packs across your runs, mainly in challenge rooms throughout all of the biomes. There should be more than 9 packs to craft, so getting this achievement shouldn't be too tough. I have heard that it's been bugged on consoles, but the latest patch may have fixed this.
Misc, continued
Apprentice alchemist
Trigger 50 elemental reactions.
Alchemist emeritus
Trigger 200 elemental reactions.
Master of the elements
Trigger 500 elemental reactions.

Elemental reactions occur when an enemy is affected by two elements at the same time. Pulling this off isn't too difficult, especially if you grab the medallion that gives you a fire aura during Vayu's Breath (the speed boost) and pick up a medallion that applies an element in a certain scenario (resin spread during Vayu's Breath, for example). If you build with medallions correctly, you should get this achievement and all related ones over time.

Apprentice weaver
Craft 5 outfits with Laleh.
Discerning weaver
Craft 15 outfits with Laleh.
Master weaver
Craft 35 outfits with Laleh.

Laleh can be found in the Gardens in one of the lore rooms (blue glow). Finding her will unlock the ability to craft outfits in the Oasis. You should be able to reach 35 relatively quickly if you play on higher Awakenings and go for the old Prince skins (all of which are unlocked in the Temple of Atar by viewing the murals of the old Princes, and then going back with the David skin and doing it again).

After the scarab, the magical tentacle?
Prevent Daria from being sucked into nothingness 5 times.

Sometimes at the beginning of a biome, you can encounter Daria, a child, that gets grabbed by a tentacle. Follow the tentacle in this platforming challenge and kill the shaman before Daria gets sucked in. If you fail, you can retry by quitting and restarting the game. Likewise, if you want to get this achievement in one shot, you can save her --> quit out of the game --> restart the biome --> save her again, and it will count.

Traps? Which traps?
Cross the Temple of Atar without suffering trap damage.

Simply complete the biome without taking any damage from traps (which there are a lot of). Sometimes, you can get lucky and find an exit really early, so this achievement isn't too difficult.

Overconfident
Die with 100 Soul Cinders in your possession.

Pretty simple to do. Destroy Soul Braziers when you see them instead of depositing back into the Oasis, and once you reach 100 Soul Cinders, die and the achievement will pop.

Combooo!
Kill 5 enemies at the same time.

You can pretty easily go into one of the first biomes and kill all 5 enemies at the same time with one charge with Double Daggers. Just make sure you don't accidentally get a kill or deal too much damage with regular hits while "cooking" the charge attack. As of the weapons update, it seems the Corrupted Spear does area damage that could also give you this achievement, as well as the special on Chained Dagger if you mark 5 enemies and they're at a low enough health.
Conclusion
If you have completed all of the above achievements, you should finally unlock:

The Great Persian War
And this is how the Great Persian War ends... or so it is written.

But, this achievement is currently bugged and as far as I'm aware, impossible to obtain. A future patch will likely fix this, though.

Thank you for checking out the guide if you've made it this far. I'll reiterate what I said earlier: please leave a comment if any information is incorrect, out of date, or spelling/grammar/formatting errors and I will do my best to fix them as soon as possible.

there was a update on Steam (as for now I think) that changes ID of the trophy (no game update needed) and it unlock for me, as soon as i loaded my save. So the Great Persian War is fine now.

I believe it's intended to be the platinum but it's bugged at the moment

@Jake if you mean the achievement "great persian war" then it is not "platinum". i got all achievements except it

For my copy on steam, everything works besides the final achievement (which I believe is supposed to be granted for getting all other achievements)
NET 27 Aug @ 8:43am
@bobbygo20 hey, on steam there seem to be some achievements that can be bugged as the medallion pack achievement is also buggy, the other two you mentioned about nogai and the 50 quests aren't present on steam though so hopefully they fix that. Nogai the broken's final quest is to defeat him without any corrupted items though so possibly just try and see if the game recognises it if you do try it

Feriel is located in Aqueduct. Exactly were? I find her soldiers but never find her.
