This godawful monstrosity makes it so that the hyperquasar and supermassive black hole from gigastructures both spawn in regular galaxy generation

load this after gigastructural engineering or it may not work properly

recommended mods:
Hyperquasaric Megaconstruction
Quasarcraft (Now integrated with above mod)
