1. Go to the fourth page in the book,
2. Now press fast (in about max 10 seconds following buttons).

3. After you have done this correctly you here a little sound like something fall down
4. Go back to the beginning and you can see a book fall outside of the cover
5. Wait short until steam triggers the achievement.
